Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Hummus
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans, drained
1/4 c. tahini
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. roasted red peppers
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all of the above in a bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
